From a leadership standpoint, the issue here is not negativity. It’s the sub-optimized performance that the negative bias creates. It can lead to self talk that destroys our productivity and effectiveness. So how to stop negative self talk, re-align our focus toward natural strengths, and ignite their inherent power?
